240 square meter apartment with a total of 13 beds.
Important: The minimum rental period is one month.
13 beds (single beds). The apartment is located on floor 2 and 3 as a part of the large house. Divided into 3 departments / apartments.
Apartment 1: 50 sqm
Apartment 2: 110 sqm
Apartment 3: 80 sqm
Large laundry room. All three apartments are equipped with their own kitchen, shower and toilets.
All three apartments have lake views, two of them have a balcony and the third has a French balcony towards Lake Stavsjön.
These apartments are rented out as a shared accommodation and therefore you cannot rent it in parts. The idea of these apartments is that you do not have to share facilities with the rest of the tenants. It simply becomes like a private residence where everything needed in a home already exists.
All rooms at Kolmården Apartments now have a kitchen / kitchenette, private bathroom, private entrance and a view over the garden as well as a terrace or balcony.

Bed linen / sheets are not included. You can bring your own, or rent from us. The price is 150 SEK per set for the entire stay.
Final cleaning is not included, you can choose to clean yourself or buy cleaning assistance for 3,000 SEK.
